News from the first week of the UPC.
Of the handful of cases asserted on day one of the UPC, 3 of those were drafted and prosecuted by Abel + Imray. Infringement actions under EP3795501, EP3653540 and EP4101791 have been lodged in the German, Nordic and Italian local divisions, and are some of the earliest cases to be handled within the UPC.
Abel + Imray already handle a large portfolio of EPO oppositions as part of this same dispute, and we are now at the cutting edge of the UPC too.
