As from 1 November 2021, Abel + Imray (“the Partnership”) has converted from a partnership under the Partnership Act 1890 to Abel & Imray LLP (“the LLP”).
From the date of conversion, all employees and Partners of the Partnership have transferred across to the LLP, and will continue to work as usual on all matters for which you have previously provided instructions to the Partnership.
There will be no change to how we work with you, all contact information will remain the same, and we shall continue to provide the high level of service and legal expertise that we have been proud to maintain for the last 150 years.
Your continued instructions to the LLP will be taken as confirmation that you are happy to work with the LLP as you were with the Partnership. We have new bank account details, as will be detailed on all invoices and statements issued on behalf of the LLP.
