Our 3rd food and drink sector event looked more broadly at intellectual property in this fast moving industry.
The audience heard from an experienced panel on the areas of brand, trade marking, patents and designs and what growing and established businesses may consider when managing and developing their intellectual property.
The audience posed some interesting questions to the panel including how to select a brand name that is meaningful yet protectable, and getting the timing right on protecting IP, and balancing risk and budget.
"Inspiring and informative" was one comment, with a number of the audience consulting with members of the Abel & Imray team during the networking session.
