Baffled by Boris and the ‘no-deal’ Brexit scenario?
Provisions have already been agreed for intellectual property rights whatever the ‘deal’ and at Abel + Imray we are focused on solving the puzzle of intellectual property in Europe and the UK for our clients.

Patents in Europe are handled by the EPO and the various national IP offices. As the patent regimes in Europe are largely independent of EU legislation and institutions, patents will be essentially unaffected when and if the UK leaves the EU.
