Our events focused on supporting the food and drink sector have received a lot of interest and provided great insights for businesses looking to develop and protect their brands. Recently (25th June 2019) we hosted such an event in Bristol and welcomed back Amanda Stansfield (Granny Gothards) and Steve Ashworth who moderated the discussion.
Amanda shared an insight of “Know what your market is and don’t chase everything. A five star restaurant doesn’t want an ice cream you can buy on the seafront.” and Jonathan Dunne (The Taunton Cider Company) that "You need to stick to your core principles. Outperform the big guys by being brave, being quick on your feet and getting out there.”
