We are pleased to announce the promotion of Rebecca Atkins to the position of Partner.
Since joining Abel + Imray in 2015, Rebecca has become one of the pillars of the trade mark team, with a particular expertise in contentious matters. She is now the main point of contact for our most important pharma clients in the London office, and handles the trade mark portfolios of a range of companies across other sectors.
Our clients rate her commercial and clear-headed approach to the most difficult of disputes, and she has achieved positive outcomes for clients in a number of complex cases before the UKIPO and EUIPO.
Rebecca has also taken an active role in our paralegal group, supporting and encouraging their professional development, and many of our team have benefited from her training sessions.
