As a Chartered and European Patent Attorney, Peter is able to represent clients in matters before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO).

Peter acts for a diverse client base across a broad range of technologies. His subject-matter expertise includes medical devices, consumer audio, nuclear fusion systems, rheology, optical devices and hydraulic systems. His scientific insight and practical understanding enable him to draft robust patent applications, manage complex prosecution strategies, and work with clients from early-stage development through to commercial deployment.
He is experienced in working closely with inventors, in-house teams and commercial stakeholders, helping them secure strong, enforceable intellectual property rights that align with business goals.
Before joining the patent profession in 2019, Peter trained as a medical physicist with the NHS and worked as a laboratory technician, giving him valuable hands-on experience in applied science and engineering environments.
